Adventure

There was once a man named Jeff who won a prize which included a camera and a trip to Long Bay beach. He needed to travel there and so he headed to the Glen Innes Train Station. The wait there was long - 3 hours!

He wandered around the place and saw a sign that was said 'Great Tongs Takeaways'. He thought to himself that it was a maths shop so he entered the shop with his books and pen and saw six plates on a table. A lady came up to him and said “Are you here to compete in the eating chicken wing contest”. Jeff replied “No I'm here to learn My Takeaways”. The lady smiled and replied “Okay come along then sit right here, first you have to eat all this under 45 minutes okay now go”. Jeff wasn't sure how this would help learning his takeaways but he obeyed. He was nervous he took a bite of his first one - it felt crunchy and hard. Jeff had only had 40 more wings!

Jeff's time was up when he saw the train coming and rushed  quickly he had about 5 more minutes until the train moves he saw a lady holding a sandwich and a snickers bar. Jeff told the lady if she can take a video of him walking inside the train Jeff was walking until boyz passing the ball. Then he had to go again but this one was alright after his video the lady gave the camera to jeff and then. The door closed the lady was outside Jeff tried to open the but couldn't. So the lady went to his son that was in the train was upset so Jeff went up to the boy and said it’s alright i’ll be here till your mum cames. After that the train stopped at sylvia park Jeff asked the little boy “What is your name”. The little boy replied “Isaac, Isaac is my name”. So they sat and waited and waited and then finally the train came we tried to find Isaac’s mother but there was no sign of her. So they sat down but when the sat they could hear a strange name calling a sound that was saying “Isaac Isaac”. So just as the train was gone we saw Isaac’s mum facing her back to us and we said “Mum Mum” out loud. Then she turned around happy to see her son but probably angry to see Jeff. Later on Jest when she arrived she hugged Isaac Kissed Him and said thank you to Jeff and paid him $50 dollars and they lived happily ever after.

Once upon a time there were two brothers named mick and nick they lived with their mum and dad. On day their mother told them to go to the beach and go catch some fish. So they went to go do what their mother said and went. While they were fishing a storm came Its was raining hard the clouds were thick the water was rough. Then it hit em a huge wave came crashing down.

Later that night there mum and dad got worried that they must of got hurt during the night. So there mother called the police to tell them that their two sons are missing after the Tragic storm that came at night time then the policemen said don’t worry i'm bring two men to come and get them. while they were swimming the saw…..

My Holiday Highlight.

My holiday highlight were when I went to my brothers house. I slept over so we could go bowling. I went with my two brothers and my brothers wife with her brothers and nieces. We went to the Botany Extreme Bowling it was fun I came 3rd 126. Then I went to a holiday program called Tamaki Pride It was so fun there I went with my four Brothers George, Sione, Fonzo and Exodus.

It was awesome there it’s coming up these April holidays if you would like to come. Also in December when school will finish. On the last week of the Holiday I went and my slept over My Aunt’s house. It was so cool because we went to the Mangere with my aunt and her 3 kids named Ben, Lee and Salafai. It was so cool there we had fun I wish if I went there again. Then I had to go home to get ready for school. School was on I was so glad to be at school to meet my friends. My teacher is Mrs Tele’a and my four back up teachers are Miss Peato, Mrs Moala, Mr Wiseman and Miss Clark. They are very kind and they always say the right things to me.

2015

I really can't wait for 2015 so I can be a senior and be a year 7. I can't wait to have a new Teacher.

Izac Reflection

What I like about 2014 is that being a year 6 and having great teachers in the class. I also like the new buildings that the workers are making. Also I really liked how the year 6 camp was at Kawau island.

The thing that I am proud of is having good days in class and good new friends. I am also proud of me going to the year 6 camp. Also I am proud to be in Miss M Drama performance

I really want to be a year 7 so I can be a senior. I want to get better at Maths so I can be Brainy I also want to be a good person at school and have no fights.

I am also proud to come to school every day to learn and see my friends. I am proud to have good teachers in class.

Camp Bentzon.

On Tuesday the 18th of November I had to get to school early  at 7.00 AM to catch the bus to go to Kawau Island. When we arrived at the Camp we had a short rest before we went to go hiking, it was long and tiring up killer hill.

` On Wednesday we all had activities in our groups, my best activity was abseiling and my least favorite activity was the raft building. When it was dark time all of us went to go and brush our teeth. After that we all went out and got ready to hide to get ready for spotlight. then we all went to sleep.

On Thursday our first activity was bivouac building a house with sticks out in the forest. My favorite activity was sailing I liked it because I did this cool dive I was swimming to the pontoon. I got on it then one of the teachers said to me go Izac run fast in the furious. Then I ran onto the sailing boat and hit my face on the boat but I was still inside the boat.

On our last day we had 4 rotations there was touch, swimming, volleyball and Burma trail. It was fun but still sad because we were going home. I miss camp Bentzon I wish if I can go back there.

My Weekend

In the Weekend on Saturday I went over to see my brother I went with my Dad but ounce we got there he was not home it was just his wife and the two little one the oldest is named Cedric and the younger one Kendrick is the baby. My brother was at the Middle-more Hospitable so me my dad and Cedric went to go pick him up at the Hospitable. After that I went home before we went home we got some ice Cream.

On Sunday I went to Church for Sunday school after that I went home with George. Then once we got home my older brother came with the babys Kendrick and Cedric. After that me and George went to go play outside we played rugby. In my team I had my Brother and my friend next door his name is Stephen.We won 7 to 5 then we all went inside but then Cedric and Kendrick had to go home. Later on we all went to bed for a good night sleep ready for school.

My Best Friends

I only have three good friends. I have been knowing them since last year they are Tevita, Night and Tyson. 

I like Night and Tevita as a friend because their funny, awesome and Tuff. 

I like tyson as a friend because he knows what to do with me when I am angry. 

My best Teacher is Mr Somerville because he is funny, cool and he also cares about others.

My Holiday

The 26th of September to October the 13rd

On the first day of the holiday It was cool I stayed home watched T.V cartoon network and also played outside playing Rugby. My brother Sione was looking after us and also my Mum she had the day off. On Tuesday I did the same thing but cleaned up the whole house but my mum was not here. On Wednesday did the same thing but did the dishes but still my mum had to work. One Thursday did the same thing but did not go outside. On Friday did the same thing but my dad was looking after us and about 11:30 pm My Brother George came back from his camp OPC.

On Monday the 2nd week of the Holiday I had practice I was in Cyrus group but Lorenzo.L was in the other group My part was easy. On Wednesday we had practice again. Then the Next day on Thursday we had rehearsal I sort of did it good but we all caked it on the song. Later on Sunday it was the real deal we had to do this right and Magnificent to the Minister. But then we did all good but sort of caked it on the song. Also that is what I did in my Holiday.

Hot to stay safe in the sun

It is important to keep away from the sun because it can give you Skin Cancer and you can get angry at a lot of people.

If you want to go out on the beach you have to where and put on a Hat, Sun glass, Sunblock and cold ice water to keep you fresh throw out the day so you don’t get real hot.

To stay safe you have to put on Sun glass so the sun won't hurt your eyes and you won't get blind from the sun. The sun it really hot but lava is hotter because the sun is not close to earth it’s far far away from us.

To also stay safe out in the sun you have to wear a hat for your head so you don’t get Skin Cancer and it can protect your face in the shade. To keep you safe also you have to have Sun Block to protect you skin so you don’t get burnt from the sun. It might be 50% good for your skin but it will come off a couple of hours later.

You can be safe from the sun by drink cold water more often. If you don’t you can become dehydrated and sick from the sun. Instead of being hot and thirsty out in the sun all day remember to drink lots of water!

So the next time you're out in the sun you should have a Hat, Sunblock, Sun glass and a bottle of cold water with you so that you stay safe in the sun.

The Funereal

On the 23rd after school once I got home me and my family had to go to this church at MT.Wellington to go to my Casinos Funereal. I was sitting there like for what two hours because it started at seven. But just as everyone started to talk about back in the past it was a good moment. Also there was a movie playing on it was all photos they had but there was one film he was sick but almost to his death ounce he died I cried it was sad to see him go away but now he is in safe peaceful place he is in Heaven. REST.IN.PEACE CUZ

The Museum Trip

On Thursday the 18th of September classes 6, 7 and 8 went to the Auckland War Memorial Museum. My Mum came with me to discover all the fun and Mr S came with me, along with Peteli, Dartanian and Maroroa. After that we had lunch then after lunch we went into the Marae. We sang a song to them during the powhiri. We sang Powhiri mai ra e. We also had a good Chief, it was Toma. Later on we split up into two groups. My group learnt a dance and the other group learnt a Haka. A while later we had to learn about the different kinds of foods that we brought on to the table. After that we did our dance and then the other group did there Haka. A little time later it was almost time to go back to school.

One of my favourite parts of the day was when we went to the Memorial place with all the people who died for us and saved our Country

in World War 1 and 2. I saw Miss Burn teaching a class in the Museum. She was once a Teacher at Pt England School. Her last class was class 10 she hasn't been at school for 2 years. We miss her!

Rugby Sevens

Do you know about the rugby sevens well it is really different to rugby. There can only be 7 players on the field and on the side line you can have subs. You play the game for 7 minutes each way so in total that will be 14 minutes.

I am going to teach you about the Rugby sevens game also going to tell you about how to play it. I am going to tell you the rules, the rules are that you can’t throw it to your teammate in front of you because this would be a forward pass. Also if you drop the ball it will be a knock on. Also you can’t throw the ball like NFL because that is not how you play. You can’t tackle someone if they don’t have the ball, your target will be the person who has the ball.  Then you will know how to play when you are in a team and you might be the world’s best player like Declan O'DOnnell and My favorite player is D.J Forbes. That is who I want to be when I grow up. I want to play in the Rugby Sevens and League. For League I want to play for the Bulldogs and also if I want to play for the Rugby sevens I am going to be in the Samoan team.

What was the book about?

What did you like about the book?
Because it teach's you about what happen when people made and did back in the olden days.

Were there any parts you didn't like? Discuss.
I do like the book but there is some parts that I don't like except for the  Wicked Wild west and page 138,158 and 15.

What was your favorite part of the book?

I like the Wicked wild west and page 138 and page 158 and 159.

I'll give that book 3 stars out of 5.
